My Story
Why I do this work.
I’m a real estate agent with Leyva & Co. Properties, affiliated with AXEN Realty, helping buyers and sellers across Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta. I work with clients in English and Spanish, so you can ask questions and make decisions in the language you’re most comfortable with.
My focus is on Buford, Lawrenceville, Dacula, and the neighborhoods in between. First-time buyers, move-up buyers, sellers, investors, and people relocating to Georgia — every move is different, and every client gets my full attention.
